These engines are notorious for dropping valve seats. These seats break into small pieces and get stuck in the intake manifold. If you do not address this issue these pieces will recycle into the new engine causing it to fail. BWE highly recommends that you replace the intake manifold. If you are not able to replace it, the intake must be thoroughly cleaned.
